I have the right to refuse or refund a commission at any given point. I will explain my reasoning at the moment I do so.

I will progressively update with delays if needed. If you need it by a deadline, let me know prior.
I take payment at any time, but keep in mind I will not continue past the sketch until payment is sent. If you would like to cancel, I will refund up to what is started. I will not do a full refund unless the commission has not been started.
I only take payment through Paypal, Cashapp, and Ko-fi.
